How it works
Install the extension
One-click install from the Chrome Web Store. No account needed for the extension itself.
Start a migration in AllStrong
From your AllStrong dashboard, pick your current platform and copy the migration link.
Log into your old platform
Open a normal browser tab, log into SugarWOD / Jackrabbit / etc. just like you always do.
Paste the link and start
Click the Migrator icon, paste the link, hit "Start". Watch live progress in your dashboard.
Review and import
Dry-run preview shows what will be imported. Approve to make it live in AllStrong.
Uninstall the extension
Migration complete. Uninstall the extension. It's a one-time tool.
Why it's safe
Your passwords never leave your device
The extension runs inside your already-authenticated browser session. We never see your login credentials for the source platform.
Session tokens expire in 2 hours
Each migration uses a one-time token issued by AllStrong. Tokens auto-expire and are cleared when the session ends.
Dormant when idle
The extension does nothing unless you explicitly start a migration. It does not poll, track, or phone home when idle.
Only your declared platforms
The extension can read data only from the 27 gym-management platforms listed above. Never from any other website.
Data goes directly to your AllStrong account
All data is transmitted over HTTPS straight to your AllStrong backend. Not sent to any third party, not used for advertising.

FAQ
Is this reversible?
Yes. Nothing is deleted from your source platform. AllStrong starts with a 90-day safety window where staged records are kept, and you can restart a migration if you need to.
Does my source platform know?
The extension reads data the same way your browser already does when you navigate the site yourself. There's no way for the source platform to distinguish your actions from the extension's (nor should they try — this is your data).
What happens after the migration?
Uninstall the extension. Data permanently lives in your AllStrong account. The extension's one-time session token has already expired. No trace remains in your browser.
What data types are migrated?
Members, memberships, class types, class schedules, attendance history, rank/belt progressions (martial arts), workout scores, signed waivers, coaches, and payment history. Live payment credentials are never transferred — you'll need to re-collect payment methods via a Stripe-hosted link (AllStrong handles this automatically).
What about platforms you don't support?
The Migrator also accepts CSV uploads. Most platforms provide a CSV export; our import engine has fuzzy column mapping that figures out what each column means automatically.
