Ask Your Own AI About Your Own Health Data
Connect Claude, ChatGPT or Grok to AllStrong and ask about your real sleep, workouts, meals and goals. Free on every account. You choose what the AI can see.
Answers From Your Log, Not a Generic Range
A chatbot that has never seen what you ate can only guess. Once your AI can read your AllStrong data, it can answer from your own history.
Use the AI you already like
Keep working in Claude, ChatGPT or Grok. AllStrong becomes one more thing your assistant can look up when you ask.
Questions across weeks of data
"How did my sleep change on days I trained hard this month?" "What's my protein average this week vs my target?" Your AI reads the log and answers.
Log by talking, if you want
Turn on logging and say "Log 2 eggs and toast for breakfast." Meals, water, sleep, mood, workouts and biometrics all work. Logging is off unless you turn it on.
Free, and separate from your daily chats
The connector is free on every AllStrong account. Questions you ask through your own AI don't use your daily AllStrong AI chats.
Works With
The connector uses the Model Context Protocol (MCP), an open standard for connecting AI apps to outside services.
Gemini and Microsoft Copilot are coming later.
- Claude — Any plan (the Free plan allows one custom connector). Once added, it works on web, desktop and mobile.
- ChatGPT — On the web with a Pro, Business or Enterprise plan. On Pro, ChatGPT can read your data but not log it.
- Grok — Set up on the web at grok.com.
- Gemini — Coming later.
- Microsoft Copilot — Coming later.
How It Works
In the AllStrong app, open Profile > Connect Your AI. You'll see the steps for each AI app, a button to copy or share the connector address, and a button that opens that app's connector settings. Connected apps show up on the same screen.
Connector address:
https://api.allstrong.app/mcp
Step-by-step instructions for each app are in our setup guide.
3 Steps
1. Add the connector — In Claude, ChatGPT or Grok, add a custom connector named AllStrong and paste the address.
2. Sign in — Sign in with your AllStrong account.
3. Choose what it can see — Pick the data types to share, and whether to allow logging. Then start asking.
What Your AI Can Read
Only the types you allow when you connect. You choose per type of data.
Only entries you record in AllStrong are shared. Data imported from Apple Health or Health Connect is never shared with a connected AI app.
- Nutrition — Targets, TDEE, micronutrients and meal history
- Training — Workout history (exercises, sets, reps, top weight, cardio) and personal records
- Sleep — The nights you log: duration, quality and averages
- Biometrics — Weight, body fat, resting heart rate, blood pressure and measurements
- Daily — Water, check-ins, mood and a one-day summary
- Goals — The goals you've set in AllStrong
You Decide What Is Shared
Nothing is shared until you approve it on a screen that names the AI app and lists the data types it's asking for. Reading and logging are separate choices.
When you connect, AllStrong sends the data you chose to that AI app at your direction. The AI app is a separate company, and its own privacy policy and terms govern how it handles the data. AllStrong receives no payment from connected apps, the data isn't used for advertising, and we do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Disconnect anytime in Profile > Connect Your AI, and the AI app loses access right away. Disconnecting doesn't delete data the app already received; contact the AI app for that.
Each AI company has its own settings for whether your chats are used to train its models. Our setup guide lists what Claude, ChatGPT and Grok say about this, as of October 20, 2026.
What an AI app tells you from your data is for information only, not medical advice. Talk to a clinician before making medical decisions.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is Connect Your AI?
Connect Your AI is AllStrong's connector for AI apps, built on the Model Context Protocol (MCP). It lets Claude, ChatGPT or Grok read the AllStrong data you allow, such as sleep, workouts, meals and goals, so you can ask your own AI about your own log. If you also allow logging, the AI can record entries for you.
Is the AllStrong AI connector free?
Yes. The connector is free for every AllStrong account and does not need Premium. Questions you ask through your own AI app don't use your daily AllStrong AI chats. The AI app itself may have plan requirements: ChatGPT needs a Pro, Business or Enterprise plan, while Claude works on any plan (the Free plan allows one custom connector). See pricing for AllStrong's own plans.
Which AI apps work with AllStrong?
Claude (web, desktop and mobile once added), ChatGPT on the web with a Pro, Business or Enterprise plan, and Grok on the web at grok.com. Gemini and Microsoft Copilot are coming later.
Can the AI change or add to my AllStrong data?
Only if you allow it. Logging is off by default and is granted separately from reading. With logging on, the AI can log meals, water, sleep, mood and check-ins, exercises and workouts, and biometrics, and can delete your last entry. On ChatGPT Pro, ChatGPT can read your data but not log it.
Who handles my data once I connect an AI app?
AllStrong sends the data types you choose to that AI app at your direction. The AI app is a separate company, and its own privacy policy and terms govern how it stores and uses the data. AllStrong receives no payment from connected apps, the data is not used for advertising, and AllStrong does not sell your personal information.
How do I disconnect an AI app?
In the AllStrong app, go to Profile, then Connect Your AI, and disconnect it, or email support@allstrong.app from the address on your account. The AI app loses access right away. Data it already received is not deleted by disconnecting; contact the AI app for that.
Can teens or Child Profiles connect an AI app?
Teens can connect only an AI app whose own terms allow their age, and must confirm that the parent or guardian who approved their account also approves the connection. Child Profiles cannot connect.
